Role Description This is a contract, on‑site role for a Behavior Specialist located in Miami, FL. The Behavior Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior management and modification plans tailored to individual needs. Day‑to‑day tasks may include observing and analyzing behavior, applying evidence‑based techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), collaborating with families and educators, and monitoring progress to adjust intervention strategies.

The role requires a high degree of professionalism, empathy, and expertise to support children in achieving their goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Experience in Behavior Management and Behavior Modification techniques.
  • Understanding of Psychology and its application to behavior interventions.
  • Excellent analytical, observational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with children, families, and educators.
  • Relevant certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis (such as BCBA) are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is desirable.
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting is a strong asset.
