If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team, this role is for you. As a Member Services Representative, you’ll help members understand their healthcare benefits, access care, and feel confident knowing someone is there to support them.

• Answer inbound calls and emails from members, caregivers, and providers.
• Help with questions about benefits, eligibility, claims, and enrollment.
• Resolve most questions on the first contact; work with internal teams when needed.
• Make outbound calls to welcome new members and complete enrollment verification.
• Assist members with scheduling appointments and accessing care.
• Document interactions clearly and accurately.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Customer service experience (healthcare or call center experience is a plus, not required).
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, patient approach.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.
