Transformative Healthcare Solutions is actively seeking to hire a Licensed Psychologist to join our team in Miami, FL. We are the largest group of mental healthcare providers in Florida, and we are experiencing phenomenal growth and expansion throughout Georgia and South Carolina. Our patient population includes the geriatric and chronically mentally ill population residing in assisted living facilities.

We provide behavioral health services across multiple long‑term care settings.

• Salary based – not contract
• $75,000–$90,000
• Part‑time available – choose how many hours you work

• Schedule assessments, sessions, and client visits across your dedicated area with autonomy over scheduling and days worked.
• May travel to one facility per day to meet with patients and perform assessments; tele‑health is offered per facility preference.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

• Doctorate is required.
• Driver’s license required.
• Experience working as a designated mental health provider in multiple facilities (nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and other mental health offices) is helpful but not required.

We serve facilities throughout Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.
