• Provide strategic leadership and operational management for the Cath Lab.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to build a skilled and cohesive team.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and equipment to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other hospital departments and external partners to enhance patient care and service delivery.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• 2 years of experience in cardiac care or Cath Lab nursing.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
