Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you'll deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients on their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both medical and business success. You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, and supporting the studio's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Expertise & Client Care

* Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism.

* Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.

* Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices.

Studio Collaboration

* Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals.

* Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs.

* Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.

Compliance & Safety

* Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.

* Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.

* Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.

Qualifications

* Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

* Licensure:
Active RN license in the applicable state.

* Certifications:

Current BLS certification.

* Experience:

Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).

* Experience:

Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections.

* Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

* Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.

* Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently.
