This is a full‑time, remote role based in Miami, FL. The Licensed Therapist will provide professional counselling services to clients, including conducting therapeutic sessions, creating individualized treatment plans, and monitoring client progress.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate and confidential client records, collaborating with other professionals for comprehensive care, and adhering to ethical and legal guidelines in therapy practice.

• Licensed Therapist with qualifications such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a supportive and non‑judgmental therapeutic environment
• Proficiency in conducting individual, group, and family therapy
• Knowledge of clinical assessments and evidence‑based therapeutic techniques
• Experience with case management and maintaining proper documentation
• Familiarity with mental health technologies and resources
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural competency is strongly preferred
