Overview:
Support daily front-office operations for a medical practice. Serve as the first point of contact and communicate with patients in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage phones, messages, and scheduling
  • Handle patient intake, check-in/out, and basic documentation
  • Coordinate with providers, referrals, and outside offices
  • Maintain records and support general office flow
  • Translate patient communications as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Prior medical office or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
