Position Title: Wound Care Nurse

Pay Range: $33.00/hr - $36.00/hr

As a Wound Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents with complex wound care needs. • Conduct wound assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote wound healing and prevent further complications
• Implement evidence-based wound care practices and protocols to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and achieve positive patient outcomes
• Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff on wound care best practices
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve wound care outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans

• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
• Experience in wound care nursing or a related field
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
