Riviera Health Resort Nursing and Rehabilitation is a state‑of‑the‑art 223‑bed facility that offers guests a unique healthcare experience, combining post‑acute and rehabilitative services within a boutique‑hotel environment. Located in the heart of Coral Gables, this five‑story Mediterranean‑style building caters to the needs of guests who require short and long‑term care as they transition from the hospital to their home.

Riviera Health Resort is looking for PCAs to join our growing team. Learn a new profession and touch the lives of others. We have all shifts available!

• Answers call light in a timely manner.
• Places all belongings within patients' reach (call light, pitcher, glasses, remote, etc.)
• Serves and collects meal trays, assists during meals, sanitizes/cleans tables after meals.
• Assists residents in communication involving technology (Zoom, Face Time, others).
• Assists with monitoring residents in the common area to maintain safety.
• Assists residents in admission and discharge including the inventory of belongings.
• Gathers supplies needed for the provision of care.
• Assists residents in activity engagement of their choice and interest.

• No experience needed – Paid Training.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Completion of the required course hours, following the clinical guidelines and skills checklist, allows testing to become a Certified Nurse Assistant – that comes with a pay increase
