Bay Care is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for the South Florida Baptist Hospital pediatric rehab program in Plant City. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide OT interventions for pediatric patients in a full-time, on-site role.
You will also supervise OT assistants and students, ensure CMS and organizational policy adherence, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient access and clinic outcomes.
