Role:
Field Access Manager (FAM) responsible for optimizing patient access to Axsome's CNS therapies within a specified territory. Objectives include eliminating access barriers, educating stakeholders on payer processes, and supporting treatment adherence.
- customer education on payer policies
- developing relationships
- managing access issues
- collaborating with Managed Markets and Sales teams
- Bachelor's degree (graduate degree preferred)
- at least 8 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical account management
- with 2+ years as a FAM or RAM, preferably in neurology
- fluency in English and Spanish
- residence in the assigned territory
- willingness to travel up to 75%
- CNS therapeutic experience
- expertise in payer segments (Commercial, Medicare Part
D) - pharmacy benefit management
- prior authorization processes
- experience in drug launch environments
- cross-functional collaboration
Work setup: field-based with significant travel.
