Neo Nails & Day Spa is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist for its Brickell, Miami location. Full-time or part-time. A valid Florida Massage Therapy License is required.
About the PositionThis massage therapist position is at our Brickell shop, where massage is part of the day spa — private treatment rooms in the back, nails in the front. You will see a mix of regulars and walk-in guests looking for Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and other therapeutic work. We are looking for a licensed professional who is comfortable in a busy spa environment, can tailor a session to the client in front of them, and keeps the room ready for the next appointment.
Responsibilities- Perform Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and therapeutic massages
- Assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly
- Maintain a relaxing, professional environment and deliver consistent client care
- Keep treatment areas clean and follow hygiene protocols
- Document session notes and client preferences accurately
- Valid Florida Massage Therapy License (required)
- Proficiency in deep tissue and other therapeutic techniques
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to build client loyalty and deliver a consistent experience
- Previous spa experience is a plus
A Licensed Massage Therapist who treats the work as a craft: on time, prepared, and focused on the client. You should be able to move between Swedish and deeper therapeutic work, explain what you are doing in plain language, and leave the room as you found it. This is a Brickell shop role, not a remote or traveling position.
LocationNeo Nails & Day Spa, 426 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33130. Massage, facial, and waxing use private treatment rooms.
Hours:
Monday–Saturday 10am–8:30pm, Sunday 11am–7pm. Complimentary parking during service.
- $150 guaranteed per work day
- 50% commission on services — earnings above the daily guarantee stay with the therapist
- 100% of tips go to the therapist — no split or deductions
- $750+ per week on a consistent 5-day schedule
- Weekly pay and flexible hours
The $150 daily guarantee applies to a completed work day. Commission and tips can take pay above that. This is not an hourly wage.
