Salary: $70,000.00 Annually

SUMMARY:

Jessie Trice Community Health System is seeking a full-time dedicated therapist to work in an integrated care setting to provide behavioral services to adults and families; conduct brief interventions; participate in providers and treatment team meetings; complete assessments with accurate DSM 5 diagnoses and develop multi-disciplinary treatment plans; working knowledge of substance use disorders; stabilize high risk individuals; provide case management and work in collaboration with agencies and organizations in the community;

monitor and support services provided by the psychiatrist; among other essential duties and responsibilities.

DETAILS OF EDUCATION AND SPECIAL

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Master’s degree in any of the following area, Mental Health, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy form an accredited learning institution.

Current and clear Florida License.

Related experience should include integrated care experience with a primary care population. Demonstrated flexibility in the use of treatment modalities including individual, family, or group treatment.

Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with consumers, referrals sources, and other community providers is absolutely essential.

Must have experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) ( EPIC or similar).

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual ( English / Spanish or English / Creole)
