We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our dynamic team. As a Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the bar operations, curating an exceptional beverage program, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. - Lead daily bar operations, ensuring service standards, grooming, punctuality, and compliance are consistently met
- Supervise, schedule, and support bar staff; manage breaks, floor organization, and shift handovers
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members; manage performance, discipline, and training programs
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage offerings, VIP preferences, pricing, and service requirements
- Resolve guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage beverage ordering, storage, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial targets
- Support promotions, revenue initiatives, and POS compliance
- Monitor financial performance, interpret reports, and support budget and cost‑control efforts
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and legal requirements
- Maintain a safe, organized, and well‑maintained bar environment
- Complete required administrative duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
- Build relationships with regular guests and ensure feedback is addressed promptly
- Support continuous improvement of service quality and guest satisfaction
- 3+ years of bar management experience in a fine‑dining, nightlife, or high‑volume hospitality environment
- Polished, articulate, and professional communicator
- Tech‑savvy with experience using POS and reservation platforms
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure
- Flexible and dependable, with availability during peak service hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
- Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for an extended period.
