• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• A post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of operations, strong leadership, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
