• Passionate about Food & Beverage and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Experience in Beverage operations, team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to train team members to implement SOPs for the bar operation.
• Ability to communicate to management the need for bar inventory and forecast in demand menu items.
• Ability to create detailed nightly reports of staff performance, clientele incidences, and maintenance issues.
