Guest Services Agent – Pyramid Global Hospitality
Join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hospitality group with over 230 properties worldwide. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience from arrival through departure.
Responsibilities- Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival, including luggage assistance and check-in guidance.
- Verify reservations, escort guests to their rooms, and brief them on hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Open and close doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle, ensuring a courteous experience.
- Assist with parking, vehicle retrieval, and valet services as requested.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby entrance in collaboration with the team.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, acting as a go‑to source of information about the property.
- Work full shifts standing, moving between the lobby, valet lot, and various hotel areas.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience with frequent guest interaction.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for at least 6 months.
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and a pleasant, helpful demeanor.
- Capacity to work fast‑paced settings, standing for the duration of the shift.
- Availability for full shifts, including weekends, holidays, and varying hours.
