The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool facility; while engaging guests with personal, friendly, intuitive service during their use of the pool or gym facilities.

• Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
• Anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are necessary.
• Maintain the Pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and notify Security of any accident or injury.
• Monitor pool and Jacuzzi activity for welfare and safety; enforce rules and regulations with guests.
• Assist guests and residents in seating, offering towels, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service.

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• 1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related experience.
• Must be able to work all shifts including AMs, PMs, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours or more.
• Able to work outdoors in the sun and warm temperatures.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
