Pool Attendant, WATR – Starwood Hotels

We’re currently seeking a Pool Attendant to assist guests with anything and everything they need while lounging poolside, from delivering towels to setting up a beach chair in the perfect spot. You’ll also be expected to maintain the surrounding area to perfection, and foster guest loyalty and satisfaction every second of the shift.

About you… Passionate about providing superior guest service and previous similar work experience. Basic knowledge of recreation operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.

• Assist guests with poolside needs such as towels, beach chairs, etc.
• Maintain pool area cleanliness and readiness.
• Provide outstanding guest service to promote loyalty.
• Work flexible hours to meet a 24‑hour operation.

• Previous similar experience in hospitality or recreation.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle shift demands.
• Detail oriented, team player, hardworking.
