At our South Beach boutique hotel, the front desk sets the tone for every stay. As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first and last impression—welcoming guests with warmth, confidence, and a polished presence.

This role is ideal for someone who loves people, enjoys hospitality, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, personal service.

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out with ease and professionalism
• Assist guests with questions, recommendations, and local insights
• Share the South Beach lifestyle—beaches, dining, culture, and experiences
• Handle reservations, payments, and guest information accurately
• Address guest needs and resolve issues with care and discretion,
• Predict guest needs and wants and be empowered to go above and beyond to make their experience unique and special.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment

• Friendly, confident, and guest-focused
• Well-presented and professional—you enjoy dressing well and representing a beautiful property
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
