The ideal candidate is a Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager with a strong background in F&B, 5‑star Hotel/Resorts, and/or other cruise lines. You will assist in the supervision of the restaurant personnel, ensuring total guest satisfaction regarding food quality and service in accordance with company policies.
Main Responsibilities- Uphold company standards while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage, schedule and train restaurant personnel.
- Attend to guests’ needs, special celebrations and requests.
- Manage sales strategies while meeting KPI’s.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
- Minimum 5‑8 years hospitality/restaurant management experience (shipboard experience preferred).
- Excellent food and wine knowledge and experience in fine dining restaurants.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage international staff.
- Great communication in English, additional languages skill such as Spanish, Italian, French, German or Portuguese.
- Strong planning, coaching, organizing, staffing, controlling and evaluating skills.
