Summary
Black Briar Hospitality is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead its Third Party Hospitality Program (TPHP) within a luxury residential condominium. This role oversees the full guest journey—from check-in to check-out—delivering hotel‑style services such as valet, doorman, housekeeping, in‑unit maintenance, concierge, and guest billing. The Hospitality Manager ensures compliance with Miami’s short‑term rental regulations, maintains brand standards, and drives operational excellence while leading a high‑performing on‑site team.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Operations: Direct daily program operations, implement strategic plans, and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate staff across valet, guest services, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews.

Experience:
Oversee all guest interactions, manage service recovery, and ensure seamless coordination with concierge and front desk. - Program Oversight: Manage transient guest stays, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure compliance with Miami STR regulations.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, approve payroll and vendor invoices, and oversee guest billing.
- Vendor Relations: Select and manage vendors and contractors, ensuring quality service and cost efficiency.
- Reporting & Communication: Maintain clear communication with ownership, residents, and staff. Prepare reports on operations, finances, and guest satisfaction.
- 5+ years in hospitality management, including 2+ years in luxury environments and 2+ years in a department head or higher role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Expertise in high‑end service standards and hospitality software (PMS, POS, CRM).
- Knowledge of Florida real estate laws and condominium governance.
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or Portuguese).
- Professional demeanor, flexible schedule, and commitment to excellence.
