Front Desk Supervisor – You will be the heartbeat of our hospitality, guiding guests through seamless check‑ins, resolving issues with energy, and leading a team that delivers unforgettable service.

• Guest Experience Pro: Greet guests with genuine warmth, manage smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, serve reservations and VIP requests.
• Operations Maestro: Track logs, manage messages and packages, ensuring flawless operational detail.
• Revenue & Rate Strategist: Monitor rates, packages and promotions, boosting room revenue while preserving guest value.
• Team Leader & Problem Solver: Build a communicative team, train new associates, resolve guest concerns and workplace hiccups with creativity, while keeping safety and standards front and center.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful.
• At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
