Angler’s Hotel – Miami Beach is a boutique destination known for its charm, personalized service, and elevated guest experience in the heart of Miami Beach.
We are seeking a friendly and service-driven Bellman to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with luggage, escorting them to and from rooms
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Support front desk operations and guest requests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas
- Ensure a seamless and positive guest experience at all times
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to lift and transport luggage
- Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Work in a vibrant Miami Beach location
- Be part of a collaborative and guest-focused team
