Located in the heart of downtown Miami, Hyatt Regency Miami offers an exceptional location adjacent to the vibrant Brickell district. Our iconic property overlooks the Miami River and is steps from the Miami Riverwalk, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Center, the Port of Miami, and Brickell City Centre. Guests can also explore Miami's rich culture through nearby attractions such as Little Havana and the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science.
This position's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the guest registration process and communicating hotel services and promotions to guests. This position is responsible for the oversight of specific night audit duties as well as oversees the front office during the overnight shift. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. This position will be the Leader on Duty during overnight shifts.

Qualifications- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Prior Night Audit/ Front Office experience strongly preferred.
- Must have Overnight Availability and be confident/experienced enough to be overnight leader on duty.
