- Abilitytomanageinternationalstaffandprovidecustomerservice.
- Proficiencyinanalyzingdocumentsandcalculatingfigures.
- FamiliaritywithUSPHrules.
- Understandingofbusinessandorganizationalplanning,human resources,andguestsatisfactiontechniques.
- Workingknowledgeofcomputersoftwareandinternetnavigation.
- Goodknowledgeofthefollowinglanguagesisrequired:
English,German,Spanish,Italian,French,Portuguese,Mandarin,Greek
