To maintain a clean, healthy environment for the residents, visitors and staff that promotes good mental and physical health in pleasant surroundings free of litter, germs and debris.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Clean residents’ rooms, public areas, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, offices, employees’ locker rooms, pool area and other designated areas in and out of the building.
- Keep the facility clean and free of hazards at all times.
- Remove trash to designated areas.
- Ensure equipment and work areas are clean and orderly at all times.
- Change bed linens daily or as needed.
- Responsible, always on time, resourceful, very accurate and detail-oriented.
- Flexible as to work schedule.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
- Excellent with communication, interpersonal skills and empathetic listening.
