Avant Stay, Inc. is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager for our new Nexo Hotel in Miami. You will serve as the local on-site leader, directing guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and programming to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You will oversee a range of teams, manage labor and payroll, coordinate with departments, and curate hotel programming while maintaining Avant Stay’s high standards and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
