Lifestyle Manager - Hospitality

A leading international hospitality group is seeking a commercially driven and well-connected Lifestyle Manager to join its growing portfolio in the UAE.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with VIPs, high-net-worth individuals and influential clientele, driving guest engagement and generating business across luxury dining, nightlife and entertainment.

• Build, maintain and develop a strong portfolio of VIPs, high-net-worth individuals and high-spending clientele.
• Leverage existing industry connections to attract new guests, drive bookings and encourage repeat business.
• Develop relationships across luxury hospitality, nightlife, entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
• Identify opportunities to attract high-value clientele and generate additional revenue.
• Manage VIP relationships, ensuring a personalized and high-quality guest experience.
• Coordinate VIP visits, reservations, private events, celebrations and group bookings with venue teams.
• Maintain an understanding of guest preferences and expectations to support long-term relationships.
• Represent the business at relevant networking events and industry gatherings.
• Monitor guest engagement and business generated through the VIP network.

• Previous experience in Lifestyle Management, VIP Relations, Guest Relations, Nightlife, Luxury Hospitality or a similar client-facing commercial role.
• An established network and strong understanding of the luxury lifestyle, hospitality and entertainment sectors.
• Experience working with VIPs, high-net-worth individuals and high-spending clientele.
• The ability to leverage existing relationships to attract clientele, generate bookings and drive revenue.
• Strong networking, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and confident in developing new business opportunities.
• Professional, discreet and able to manage high-profile relationships.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

• The position is based in the UAE.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE is essential.
• An established network within the luxury lifestyle, hospitality and entertainment sectors is highly desirable, alongside the relevant market knowledge and experience to develop these connections in the UAE.
