What You’ll Do:

• Lead and own the full-cycle recruiting strategy for key technical, engineering, and operations roles across our U.S. data center teams.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, leadership, and People teams to understand workforce needs and craft forward-thinking sourcing strategies.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our mission-driven culture and values.
• Mentor and support a small but mighty recruiting team, continuously raising the bar for talent acquisition excellence.
• Use insights, hiring metrics, and market research to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive scalable growth.

About You:

• 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3 years in data center infrastructure, tech infrastructure, or hyperscale environments.
• Skilled at building trust and influencing across all levels — from engineers to senior leadership.
• Data-driven, action-oriented, and comfortable adapting in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Deep understanding of talent markets, technical functions, and candidate engagement best practices.
• Passionate about connecting people to meaningful work that builds the future.
