About the RoleYoull begin on the candidate side, learning how to identify and engage top talent before transitioning into a 360 consultant role where youll manage client relationships and drive your own revenue.
ResponsibilitiesCandidate Delivery (First 6 months):
- Find and connect with potential candidates via job boards, Linked In Recruiter, and referrals.
- Conduct phone calls to evaluate candidate skills and qualifications.
- Build and manage candidate relationships, understanding their motivations and career goals.
- Learn and maintain the recruitment process/pipeline with candidates.
- Work alongside experienced consultants to deliver on active roles.
- Understand client requirements and match them to the right candidates.
Business Development & 360 Recruitment (Post 6 months):
- Target and engage potential clients within CRM, ERP or data.
- Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Pitch recruitment services and negotiate commercial terms
- Own the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to final placement
- Competitive, target-driven, and motivated by results
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Resilient under pressure and able to bounce back from setbacks
- Quick learner with a proactive, self-starting attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Wants clear progression, high earnings, and a long-term career path
- Quarterly Pay Increases: 2.5% salary bump when targets are met each quarter (this is also uncapped)
