Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: Edgewater, Miami
- ONSITE in office Monday-Friday
Salary: $50k + uncapped commission ($750 per placement in your first 6 months)

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll kick off your career in our Delivery Team (candidate-focused), working alongside experienced consultants to source and manage high-quality candidates across your market. You’ll develop an understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, gain market insight, and build relationships with your market.
Once you’ve mastered the candidate side, you’ll move into a 360 recruitment role
, managing your own clients, driving new business, and placing top talent into leading those businesses.
Phase 1 – Candidate Delivery:
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates within the CRM, ERP, and Data space via phone calls.
- Build strong talent networks using Linked In, job boards, headhunting, and referrals.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process from initial first touch base (Linked In Messages, phone calls, emails, texts) to placements.
- Collaborate with senior recruitment consultants to deliver outstanding candidates for clients.
- Understand role requirements and how to match the right candidate to each position.
Phase 2 – Business Development:
- Identify and reach out to new clients within your market (CRM, ERP, or data).
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers, high-level executives, and senior stakeholders.
- Pitch solutions to clients you want to work with and negotiate the terms of business through phone calls and video meetings.
- Manage full 360 recruitment processes from client briefing (getting requirements for the roles) to candidate placement.

- Competitive base salary $50k + uncapped commission (OTE $75+ in Year 1; $90K+ Year
