Human Resources Administrative Assistant About the Role

At Globaltex Fine Linens , we believe that our people are the foundation of our success. As a Human Resources Administrative Assistant , you will play an essential role in supporting our HR and administrative functions — helping us build a professional, organized, and people-focused workplace.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about organizational efficiency and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily HR and administrative operations.

Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and attendance tracking systems.

Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing orientation materials.

Coordinate internal communications, announcements, and HR documentation.

Help organize company events, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and supply coordination.

Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Calendar) for HR data management and interdepartmental coordination.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in human resources, office administration, or related roles.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR or payroll systems.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
