I am seeking an IT Recruiter with a deep technical foundation — ideally a former IT Consultant who has successfully transitioned into recruiting. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of hands-on technical experience and full-cycle recruiting expertise across both agency and in-house environments.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, and interview high-caliber IT professionals across software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and emerging technology verticals
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job intake and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and creative sourcing channels
• Consult with corporate leadership on talent market trends, salary data, and hiring best practices
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while upholding the company’s employment brand

Ideal Qualifications

• Former IT Consultant or hands-on technical professional strongly preferred
• 3+ years of IT recruitment experience in both agency and corporate/in-house settings
• Proven success filling technical roles (developers, engineers, architects, analysts, etc.)
• Ability to speak “tech” with hiring managers and candidates; understands SDLC, infrastructure environments, and cloud technologies
• Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
