As part of our continued U.S. expansion, we’re now hiring a Delivery Consultant to join our growing Miami office.

This is a 180‑recruitment role, working closely with one of our top‑performing consultants to deliver best‑in‑class talent solutions to high‑profile clients within the technology market. You’ll focus on sourcing and placing exceptional candidates with no cold business development required.

• Partner with a top‑billing recruiter to fill roles for established clients in the U.S. tech market.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their fit for key positions.
• Manage candidates through every stage of the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance and post‑placement aftercare.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
