Position Summary

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on HR Business Partner to build and lead the HR function in our growing organization. This role will be a foundation in shaping employee experience, establishing core people practice, and ensuring HR is a trusted partner to the business. From talent acquisition and onboarding to performance, engagement, and organizational development, you will design and implement scalable frameworks that align our vision and values.

As a key advisor to leadership, you will bring both strategic insight and practical execution to help our people and business thrive.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the HR function by establishing scalable people programs, policies, and practices.
  • Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, talent planning, and culture building.
  • Oversee talent acquisition by managing recruitment vendor relationships, refining processes, and supporting leaders in making effective hiring decisions.
  • Design and implement an onboarding program that ensures a consistent, engaging, and values‑driven new hire experience.
  • Develop performance management practices that drive accountability, employee growth, and clear career pathways.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, providing guidance and resolution support that balances employee needs with business goals.
  • Support leadership development and coaching, helping manager build leadership capabilities and foster a feedback‑rich culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practice while maintaining a fair and inclusive workplace.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to strengthen connection, motivation, and retention across the organization.
  • Establish HR metrics and reporting to track and measure effectiveness and inform data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SCP certification a plus.
