Job Overview

Lead, Early Talent Development – Shipboard & Private Destinations supports project management, execution, and performance tracking of international school, cadet, and apprenticeship programs for shipboard and private destination roles. The role is located onsite in Miami, Florida and reports to the Senior Manager, Early Talent Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Design & Execution – Support the design and delivery of school, cadet, and apprenticeship programs to build talent pipelines for shipboard and private destination roles, coordinate intake and onboarding, partner with L&D for learning exposure, and work with Government Relations for regulatory compliance.
  • Project Management & Coordination – Own day‑to‑day program management, maintain relationships with maritime academies and vocational partners, and coordinate across internal teams to meet milestones.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting – Implement tracking systems and metrics, collect, analyze, and report data to inform program improvements and leadership decision‑making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Act as the primary coordinator between Recruitment, L&D, Operations, HRBPs, Government Relations, and educational partners; collaborate with the Senior Manager on escalations and strategic decisions; ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Maritime Studies, Hospitality, Education, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, internship/cadet program execution, or workforce development.
  • Experience working with educational institutions, HR teams, and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track program success and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with shipboard operations, private destination workforce needs, maritime or hospitality industries.
  • Understanding of early talent programs, cadet training structures, and government workforce compliance requirements is preferred.
