Eye Catch Networks, based in Miami, Florida, helps companies effectively manage in-store communications using digital screens across all their business locations from a central hub.
We are seeking a Human Talent Coordinator to coordinate processes such as recruitment, employee lifecycle, labor relations, well-being, training, and development, in alignment with the company's legal framework, strategic goals, and Human Talent guidelines. The aim is to attract, motivate, and retain competent talent in accordance with the organizational culture's requirements, while fostering a healthy and productive work environment that contributes to the business's sustainability.
Responsibilities- Participate in defining policies and strategies for human talent management.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the recruitment and onboarding process based on the company’s projections.
- Coordinate the execution and monitoring of activities related to the employee lifecycle, such as hiring, payroll, social security-related activities, parafiscal contributions, salary administration, provisioning, and employee offboarding.
- Conduct and oversee performance management evaluations for employees.
- Administer and execute the employee benefits plan.
- Manage and operate the Bamboo HR Expert and Trainual Expert software.
- Implement career plans, compensation, retention, well-being, and training initiatives across the Eye Catch team (USA and Colombia).
- Ensure occupational and workplace well-being for employees.
- Guarantee legal and labor compliance.
- Maintain timely and effective internal communication.
- Professional in psychology, business administration, social work, industrial engineering, or related fields, with postgraduate studies.
- Proven experience in Human Talent, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of all Human Talent processes.
- Basic understanding of legal regulations.
