We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department and the organization as a whole.

Reporting to the AVP – Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and providing strategic guidance to ensure the effective management of human capital.


What's unique about this job (What you’ll do)

Talent Acquisition:

  • Support recruitment efforts, including job posting, resume screening, supporting the interviewing and hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Support all Employee activities for the Miami Office.

Performance Management:

  • Assist with the performance review process, including supporting the DC Team with goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Work with AVP - Human Resources to support managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.

Training and Development:

  • Work with AVP - Human Resources to identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Plan and co-ordinate training sessions on HR-related topics, compliance, and professional development.

HR Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation.

Benefits Administration:

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401K, and other benefits as they evolve.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with open enrollment processes.

HR Analytics:

  • Utilize HR analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key HR metrics.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to enhance HR strategies.


Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
