Entry‑Level Recruitment Consultant – Miami, Brickell, Florida | Hybrid 4 days (5 days for the first few weeks due to training). Applicants on OPT visas are welcome to apply.

The Entry‑Level Recruitment Consultant will learn how to run a full 360 desk, from sourcing standout talent to building long‑term client partnerships.

• Learn to manage the full recruitment cycle across biotech and pharma roles
• Build candidate pipelines using cutting‑edge sourcing tools
• Be trained on how to win new business and nurture client accounts
• Work closely with senior mentors to master headhunting and negotiation

• $45k–$50k base + 10–40% commission with no cap
