We seek a dynamic HR Manager to wear multiple HR hats. This generalist requires deep expertise in HRIS systems, employee benefits administration, and HR operations. The role balances employee support, compliance, data integrity, and systems implementation.
Responsibilities- Primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and guidance.
- Support investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Knowledgeable in U.S. labor laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
- Manage leaves of absence, documentation, and employee audits.
- Process workers compensation and unemployment claims.
- Partner with global HR initiatives across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
- Own and manage HRIS platforms to ensure accurate employee data, reporting, and integrations with payroll and benefits systems.
- Lead or support HRIS upgrades and new module implementations.
- Drive process improvements and automation within HR systems.
- Maintain data integrity across integrated platforms and lead regular audits.
- Train HR team and managers on system usage, dashboards, and self‑service tools.
- Partner with vendors for technical issues and enhancements.
- Oversee employee perks, awards, and recognition program.
- Administer 401(k) plans with annual audits and compliance.
- Plan open enrollment communication and execution.
- Liaise with vendors and brokers for renewals and plan design.
- Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA.
- Assist employees with claims issues and benefits questions.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
- 5–7 years progressive HR experience, 2 years managing HRIS and benefits.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. labor laws; international HR exposure is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of major HRIS systems.
- Effective communication and delivery.
- Strong understanding of employment and payroll regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable juggling high‑volume work with tight deadlines.
- Bi‑lingual is a plus but not required.
- Must work at the corporate office on site daily; hybrid work is not an option.
