As a key member of Airbus’ Human Resources team, you will support the employee experience across the North America Household & Workplace Services.

• Provide operational HR support for personnel actions, including onboarding, transfers, expatriates, and terminations.
• Act as a liaison between HR business partners, payroll, benefits, and workforce systems to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports to inform decision‑making.
• Support annual HR cycles, performance reviews, and open enrollment.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and employee resource group activities.
• Deliver world‑class customer service via phone, live chat, and case management tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of practical HR experience.
• Experience with complex conflict situations and managing multiple employee requests.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Workday, Service Now, and HRIS systems.

• Workday and case management experience.
• International/global HR environment.
• Aerospace industry HR experience.
