Spanish-Speaking Recruitment Consultant – LATAM Market (Miami, On-Site)
Package: $70,000- 75,0000 base + uncapped commission (Base will depending on experience )
Are you fluent in Spanish and English, have a background in sales, and are looking to transition into recruitment while staying in a high-earning, performance-driven environment?
Inter Ex Group is hiring ambitious, Spanish-speaking Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Miami office. In this role, you will focus exclusively on the LATAM technology market. This is a 100% sales role, where you’ll be fully trained and supported to build your own book of business from day one.
You don’t need prior recruitment experience; we’re looking for people who already understand sales, targets, and relationship-building and want to apply those skills in a lucrative recruitment career.
Based full-time in our Miami office, you will:
- Operate a full 360 recruitment desk (client and candidate management) with structured training
- Develop and grow your own LATAM market across contract and permanent tech roles
- Win new business through prospecting, networking, and building rapport within your market
- Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, qualify, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets with ongoing coaching and leadership support
- This is a high‑activity, high‑reward sales environment designed for people who want control over their earnings and career progression.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (essential)
- Be able to be on-site, 5 days a week in Edgewater, Miami
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a target-driven role
- Competitive, resilient, and motivated by commission and progression
- Confident communicator, comfortable with phone-based sales
- Ambition to build a long‑term career in recruitment
- Full recruitment training and continuous sales coaching
- Clear progression from Consultant to Senior Consultant and leadership
- $70-75k base salary + uncapped commission
