Senior Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition

The Senior Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in shaping and leading our corporate talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across all corporate functions. This leader will oversee a team of talent acquisition professionals, driving excellence in sourcing, and fostering a high-performance culture of collaboration, innovation, passion and transparency. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, results‑driven leader who thrives on developing people, building relationships and creating strategic, creative solutions to recruit top talent.

DUTIES

& RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering engagement, accountability, and growth.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment strategies across entry‑level to senior‑level corporate positions, ensuring alignment with business goals and talent priorities.
  • Partner with business and PX team members to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive pipeline strategies.
  • Drive strategic and operational excellence in recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, data accuracy, and consistency.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure team effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques and tools to attract top talent across key functional areas.
  • Screen and source both active and passive candidates in person, over the phone and/or virtually to include behavioral based interviews from entry level to senior level positions.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing insight on talent markets, trends, and hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that elevate the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, with an emphasis on early careers.
  • Oversee vendor and search partner relationships, ensuring performance and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and internal hiring policies.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner in broader talent and People Excellence initiatives.
  • Drive ongoing improvement of Workday recruiting.
  • Perform other job‑related functions as assigned.
DEGREE TYPE
  • Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY
  • Human Resources, Business Administration or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience recruiting in a medium to large organization, including 3 or more years managing or leading recruiting teams.
  • Proven success supporting both entry level and senior leadership level hiring within a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams and develop strong senior recruiters.
  • Strong experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, iCIMS, People Soft and conducting behavioral based interviews with ATS implementation experience preferred. Experience working in both external recruiting agency and corporate human resources department preferred.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
  • Demonstrated functional/technical expertise in applicant tracking systems as a general user and admin.
  • Strong knowledge across Human Resources disciplines and applicable Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to employment, recruitment, and Human Resource management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to provide professional and timely customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Strong and efficient workload management skills to include planning, organizing, prioritizing, and following through on a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to use good judgment in decision making and problem‑solving complex issues.
  • Ability to maintain a professional composure while working under stress and pressure.
  • Experience implementing and launching an ATS preferred.
