SUMMARY The Recruiter is responsible for strategic sourcing and recruiting of niche roles within the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul business in Miami, FL. This individual will also be responsible for posting open positions internally and externally, recruiting and sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform full-cycle recruiting, involving sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers. Recruit in accordance with AARs diversity initiatives. Coordinate and attend recruiting strategy sessions with hiring managers. Review applications and source passive candidates. Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications. Provide candidates with information about AAR and the desired position. Build effective working relationships with targeted professional organizations, military transition offices, and colleges and universities for recruitment purposes.
Prepare and send offer letters. Identify and complete special projects to improve talent acquisition processes. Attend job fairs and/or AAR Recruiting Events as needed. Travel may be required. All other duties as assigned.

Bachelors Degree from four-year college or university in human resources, business, or a related area. Five (5) years related experience. Experience in sourcing passive candidates. Military and/or defense contract experience is preferred. Behavioral interviewing experience is preferred. Taleo applicant tracking system experience preferred.
