Corporate Recruiter

Rechtien International Trucks is seeking an experienced and dependable Corporate Recruiter to join our team in our Miami dealership.

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Corporate Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent that aligns with our company’s culture and business goals. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience from start to finish.

• Collaborate with department leaders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years+ of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be bilingual - English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
