This opportunity is based in our thriving Miami office - a hub for our recruitment activity across the Southeast US and into Latin America. Miami's position as a gateway to global commerce, coupled with the explosive growth of the data center market in the region, makes it a prime location for business development.

With the support of nearly 100 colleagues across 4 US locations and a deep specialisation in the Built Environment, this is your chance to own and grow the Data Center Operations market in one of the fastest-expanding sectors in tech infrastructure.

The demand for reliable, secure, and scalable data center operations has never been higher - from hyperscale facilities to edge computing sites - and Miami is fast becoming a key strategic location for operators serving both North and South America.

You’ll have the advantage of existing client relationships, a warm network, and the backing of the Harper Harrison and LHi brands. This role requires a blend of market mapping, proactive business development, and relationship building to deliver high-value recruitment solutions to both new and established clients.

• Competitive base salary $70k-$100k (negotiable depending on experience) + uncapped commission (up to 50%), with half & full year bonuses
• Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) - shareholder status after 1 year, with potential value of $400k-$600k (depending on level)

• Proven agency recruitment experience at Principal level or above
• Experience in Data Center Operations, Facilities Management, or mission-critical infrastructure recruitment (preferred)
• A track record of business development success, ideally building a market from the ground up
• Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to client partnerships
• The ambition to capitalise on Miami’s booming technology infrastructure and data center market
• Desirable experience of building out a market / niche
