In this position you will enter our 360 recruitment training program working alongside managers, talent acquisition and our learning & development teams to excel your recruitment skills. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, become a market expert and deliver a first-class service. At Rise you will play an instrumental role in our growth and expansion across the US, as we open more offices across the States there will be the opportunity to lead and grow your own operation.
