Seeking a Human Resources Manager that will be responsible for managing various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees. Collaborate with departmental managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management on HR-related matters. Address employee concerns, conduct performance evaluations, and manage disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that support organizational goals. Implement initiatives for employee development, succession planning, and retention.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Review and update HR policies and practices as needed to maintain legal and ethical standards.
- Design and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping. Utilize HRIS and other tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- 5 + Years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
