Exowatt is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter for a contract-to-hire role in Miami, FL. You will own full-cycle recruiting for hardware, mechanical, software, electrical, power systems, optical, and firmware roles, sourcing from both active and passive pipelines.
The role requires 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, deep market knowledge in Miami/Florida, and proficiency with Lever and Linked In Recruiter. On-site five days a week with periodic travel to Austin, TX.
